Welcome to my travel journal
Originally from Melbourne, Australia, my first overseas trip was to Canada for a wedding – when I was only 1 year old.
I was very privileged to grow up in a family that valued travel. We lived in three different Australian states and would travel around the country as much as we could. I officially ticked off every Australian State and territory by age 18.
Overseas, as a family, we visited North America, Fiji & New Zealand.
These experiences planted the seeds, my curiosity allowed them to grow. At 15, I spent 6 months as an exchange student in Canada, and ever since then, I have been planning and saving for as many trips as possible.
I have travelled solo, with friends, with family, in organised tours, and for volunteering/work. Therefore, I can bring all of these points of view to the table and share them with you here.
